Job Description
As a Robotics Production Planner, you will be responsible for the follow-up of incoming sales orders. You ensure that the orders are correctly planned in SAP for production and continue to follow up the process until the finished robots are stored in the warehouse. You ensure that everything is done correctly within the necessary timeframe. Finally, you will support the set-up and maintenance of Master Data on the production process.
On a daily basis:
- Review & check new orders and confirm lead time
- Preparation of production orders
- Confirming, following up and if necessary adjusting lead times of sales orders
- If adjustments to sales orders, inform our Sales departement
- Drawing up and planning production orders at the various production levels and production lines
- Monitoring stock levels of articles / finished products in case of planned shipments
- Daily monitoring / follow-up of all upcoming production orders and reporting to Supply Chain/Purchasing
- Reporting if production plan on various production lines in SAP still matches anticipated / actual production
On a weekly basis:
- Draw up and fix production planning for the different production lines
- Consult with production to align production plan with capacity and make necessary changes / shifts if required
- Releasing orders / production plan to the warehouse in function of picking
- Follow up warehouse feedback on shortages and report to Supply Chain / Purchasing
- Visualisation production plan per week with indication of priorities
On a monthly basis:
- Input / adjust / extend forecast based on info from Supply Chain / Operations Management
- Consultation on past problems / issues towards lessons learned and improvement proposals ism Supply Chain
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics (or related) or equivalent through experience
- You have an interest / affinity in working in a technical environment
- You are analytically and numerically strong
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- You have a fluent knowledge of MS Office programmes, especially Excel is important
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
- In addition to Dutch, you have a fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
